We integrate psychological expertise into recruitment practices, enabling Global Personnel to conduct more insightful interviews, assess candidate suitability with greater depth, and make informed decisions that extend beyond just technical competencies.

We understand

Our clients may have concerns about the validity of documentation, as well as interviewing and testing someone in another country. Global Personnel presents a solution using a careful and rigorous pre-selection process focusing on the candidates’ job skills fit, competency in the English language as well as checking and validating documents. We then present these candidates to our clients.

With 25 years of recruiting hundreds of candidates locally and abroad, these processes have ensured there have been very few problems.

Our clients select the candidates they would like to interview. 

There are a number of options for this process:

  • A Zoom or Teams interview.
  • A trade test, for example with fabricators and welders, the candidates film their work and submit ultrasonic testing results. We arrange all of this.
  • The employer may fly to the country of origin to undertake interviews and trade tests. Most often they are confident our selection processes and don’t need to leave their office.

All candidates sign country of deployment contracts, this gives the employer the protection of their local employment laws.

Once an offer of employment has been made, we assist the successful candidate to obtain their work visas (we have trusted Immigration consultants we work with), flights and sourcing accommodation so that they are supported right up until they start work. We support our clients with their sponsorship, for an easy, streamlined process that takes the headache out of offshore recruitment.
